Спавн вещей Тайпс, помогите убогому :)

Доброго времени суток! Учусь в спавне вещей, не могли бы  объяснить пару моментов.

Я правильно понял что в этом тайпсе указанно, что данный магазин будет спавниться на военках Тир 2,3 и 4 зонах?
Или же кроме военок он будет спавнится везде в тир 2,3,4 зонах?

И если есть ссылка на актуальные зоны тиров которые идет стандартно от богемии, я был бы признателен

p.s.Сорян если вопрос поднимался уже.

хм. и если убрать строчку категории получается что остается только спавн  только в этих категориях . Военки тир 2,3 и 4 зонах
