Bad conversion: string

Всем привет , почемуто стала появляться такая ошибка в логах Bad conversion: string , сервер кикает игрока спустя минуту с надписью autefecation timeout

Проблема все еще актуальна , прикрипляю кусочек лога.

Хотябы намекните с чем может быть связанна эта проблема , бд работает нормально , никаких ошибок , скрипты тоже работают адекватно...
