А если серверов 2 и чтобы вайт лист работал только на одном?

1. Используйте WhiteLister и просто настройте его.

2. Используйте UID WhiteList от инфи.

Вот прога, которой я пользовался. в архиве есть описание. Привязка к мускулу. наличие бек не требуется
