Суть вопроса: как игрок с например -25000 хуманити может под ним шарится, и как это исправить? 

или например сделать чтоб хуманити не задиралось например больше -6000?

 

и еще один вопрос как сделать так чтоб бандиты могли сесть в одну машину?

С чего это они не могут сесть в одну машину?

Может дело не в хуманити а в скинах?

Может дело не в хуманити а в скинах?

Возможно роблема в нем вернее в в скинах используемые этот скрипт

ну если эти скины не используются то тебе нужно добавить эти скины в разрешенные
