I have no idea where you saw it. On the purely technical side, in theory (in practice I have not tested this), it is possible to try to force the game client to disconnect from the current server and switch to the specified other, but provided that all these modifications of the server itself are 100% the same as the new one. But the login information is not clear to me, since the role and meaning of its presence is not clear.
It is much easier to make your location on the map to which teleportation will take place than to indulge in this kind of true masochism, which does not have a 100% probability of being realized and has dubious chances and quality of execution. I won't do that. At least for no less than 50,000 rubles, I will not even touch the study of this issue.
