Что я делаю не так

Приветствую.
Не получается добавить новый рецепт.... долблюсь с этим уже на протяжении пары дней. 

Добавление нового рецепта.

Класснеймы проверил они верные но при поднесение ножа к предмету не чего не происходит... Помогите плеаз.
