Ванильный ивент подойдет для пк и консолей, без модов - вся настройка из папки миссии.
Добавляет на карту Чернорусии динамический ивент - крушение самолета Ан-2, перевозящего кейс ученого ScientificBriefcase (можно отключить). В архиве есть файл read me, а так же все файлы с подробными комментариями.
