Order not paid error

I get this error when trying to make a purchase:

Operation canceled
Payment failed or payment was manually cancelled by you. Try again or pay by another method.

Attempted several times, all to get the same error, and I also activated the account that was automatically created for me.

Hello, I used a credit card and it worked great. After the purchase I received the access data for the Robokassa, but I did not activate it

@Nishiko The transaction was completed by your Bank. To fix the error please contact your Bank's representatives and inform them that your payment to Russia is not being processed.
